Here we have a unique opportunity to purchase a published grouping for a seldom seen Glider Pilot who was involved in the training for the  kill or capture Tito. Op Rösselsprung

There are numerous documents in this grouping from his Wehrpass, Glider Pilots license, Glider pilots ID card Driving license  Award for the Glider Pilots Badge (extremely rare on its own accord) Sailing certificate, membership to his sailing club. Flight books all correctly filled out, NSKK flight books listing numerous flights, and his Death card as he  was  sadly killed in 1944 in a crash during training for the Drvar mission (Op Rösselsprung) – to kill or capture Tito.

Prior to this he was a glider pilot instructor. His Last unit, last training course and glider pilot badge are  all entered in the same pen and possibly signed by Eberhard Jahnke, confirming original entries.

Published in the Stijn David’s book “The Glider Pilot Badge”. The glider pilot badge page is on page 69 and images of his civilian glider pilot licence are on pages 132/133
