This is truly an amazing set. The medal itself is as mint as you could ever wish for, it looks almost “tombak” but of course it is in zinc, with no bubbling lifting or scratching. The ring is stamped “100” and the standard unmolested packet is stamped L55. Both numbers are attributed to   “Rudolf Wächtler & Lange Mittweida” Complete with a full length of orginal ribbon

This would be a fantastic addition to your collection. Once plentiful and cheap, they are disappearing quickly
