An impressive postal Eagle cast from  aluminium with a wingspan of 16″. This is somewhat smaller than the rail road eagle, but none the less it is quite a striking piece of art. There is one, “blemish” to the front, which looks like a scrape, but other than that, there is no other damage to it.

Marked on the back V for an unknown maker mark. These eagles are simply not copied. Its the only maker mark on these little trolley/ bus adlers that are known to be 100% of the period. In addition it makes a wonderful backdrop to your collection, and placed on a piece of mahogany, it would look stunning. It has not been cleaned repaired or touched up.
