As a memorial to the very first Reichsparteitag held in Germany under the new Nazi administration. The publisher of anti-Jewish newspaper Der Stürmer, Frankenführer Julius Streicher published this book.  The 9 ¼  x 11 ½”  264 page book shows a unique array of photographs and information about Reichsparteitag.

Most venues, events, and Nazi personalities in attendance is shown in the photos (including photos of the airship Graf Zeppelin (LZ-127) flying over Nuremberg). Party Leaders wrote material specifically for the book and some of the speeches are transcribed.

This rare book contains full-page portraits of Hitler, Göring, Hess, Röhm, von Epp, von Schirach,  Streicher, Eckart, Rosenberg, Dr Goebbels, Himmler, Dr Ley, Brückner, Dietrich, von Preußen, Darré, Hierl, Feder, Daluege, Frick, Rust, Groß, Kube, Schuhmann and Seldte.

There are full-page portraits of Ernst Röhm’s Deputy Edmund Heines and SA Gruppenführer Karl Ernst. Both were killed in 1934 during the Night of the Long Knives, along with SA Leader Ernst Röhm. This is NOT a later edited version of the 1933 book, but contains pictures of Röhm and purged Party members throughout the text.

The Streicher book was very popular, and many of those who attended the first Reichsparteitag bought a blue cover copy. The concept of an “Annual” book proved so popular that similar books in blue bindings were produced in subsequent years.
