Medical NCO visor cap in heavy field-grey wool. The matching insignia are tight to the cap, and the blue waffenfarbe piping denotes the army medical branch. The liner is in clean condition at approximately 58cms with a celluloid diamond in its centre. The ersatz leather sweatband is complete and shows nice signs of issued usage.
