A lovely “Quist” 64 shell, with all factory paint finish remaining. The helmet exhibits light use, and is completely untouched. All pins are tight to the shell, and have never been out. The decal is 99.9% complete and has a light “gold” tone where the lacquer has reacted with time, something that cannot be faked. The batch number stamped on the rear skirt reads “ 9782”. The liner has all tongues and is completely supple with an original drawstring. Complete with a full sized chinstrap marked very faintly with a date. This type of German Militaria is only going up in price. A wise investment piece for the future
