This appears to be a monthly edition all black and white photos and text about various arms of service within the KM. There are a number of editions inserted into the binder, some with dates 1941 & 42  There are a couple of excellent editions on U boats, some on Destroyers E boats and lists crew members that have been Killed in action.

I did reach out to a few “knowledgeable” KM collectors and one believed this to be

a book of the officers crew of the year 1938. all members of the Kriegsmarine which were promoted to the rank of lieutenant in the year 1938 belonged to this crew. It’s comparable with a Highschool yearbook.

A difficult one to price as there is nothing to compare with.
