This is a hard one to explain – This is quite a large group to an HJ Member Wolfgang Heiland – who later joined the Wehrmacht – and after the war was part of the west German Bundeswehr, playing a major part in NATO and rising to the rank of Major.

There are a large set of documents referencing his early years, with school reports and swimming certificates. There is a HJ pass, various other passes with some good stamps,2 driving licences, a “Kankarte” for I believe his girlfriend/wife –  his sports books that are both well filled out, and a rare pass – The HJ NSKK Motor Pass book. This is also well filled out with many stamps. There is also a NSKK certificate for his “War Motor Vehicle License”, which states he completed a pre military training course that would prepared him for his service on the Wehrmacht  and there are several small photos of him when he was in the Wehrmacht. This grouping could be well researched for someone who has the time. The HJ NSKK Motor Pass is an extremely rare pass in its own right – coupled with the amount of paperwork to substantiate his service time – I think this would make an interesting project
