This set has very good to excellent condition nickel fittings overall, withthe desired orange grip with no chips or cracks and WKC type 4 generic eagle cross guard  The blade in extremely fine condition with cross graining evident  the reverse is –. WKC Solingen marked and still retains the  leather washer.Portepee is present with some slight fraying – but it has been on there for a long time The scabbard shows a small amount of  nickle finish loss, but has the original finish to the side of the scabbard- scabbard has the trademark one fixing screw for a later war production retains both suspension rings, and a set of de-lux hangers which retain a fair amount of gold finish  - both clips function A very good, mid/late  quality dagger set.
