Light brown velvet construction collar tabs with two gilt “L” shaped tress stripes with interwoven swastikas. The colour of the tress is silver for administrative. The collar tabs are piped in light blue rayon cord and are mounted on woven tan buckram bases. The reverse of one collar tab still has its original white paper RZM tag. The collar tabs represent a Zellenleiter, at the Ortsgruppe level of government
